Shipping Policy

At Premier Sport HQ, we want to make shipping as smooth and reliable as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and tracked when you purchase from our website: www.premiersporthq.com.

1. Processing & Lead Times

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days once payment is confirmed. Please note:

  • Large, heavy, or high-demand products may require additional handling time.
  • Custom or built-to-order products may have longer lead times, which will be noted on the product page.
  • Processing times may be extended during holidays, large promotions, or unexpected supply chain delays.

2. Shipping Partners & Delivery

We ship using trusted carriers including FedEx, UPS, USPS, freight companies, and manufacturer logistics partners.

  • Delivery estimates are shown at checkout.
  • Freight shipments may require curbside delivery confirmation upon arrival.
  • Some orders may ship in multiple packages and arrive separately.

3. Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is free on most orders over $99 within the continental United States.

Any exceptions (such as oversized freight or remote delivery addresses) will be clearly displayed at checkout before placing your order.

4. Order Tracking

When your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to begin updating.

5. Missing, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • If delivery is delayed, contact the carrier first using your tracking details.
  • If a package shows delivered but you don’t have it, check neighbors and confirm address.
  • For damaged or incorrect items, notify us within 48 hours so we can assist promptly.

6. Freight Delivery Requirements

For freight shipments, you may be contacted to schedule delivery. Please be prepared to:

  • Inspect packaging before signing
  • Note visible damage on the delivery receipt
  • Photograph damage when possible before unboxing

If you refuse delivery without contacting us first, additional fees may apply. We are here to help if issues arise.

7. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within the United States. We cannot ship to:

  • U.S. Territories
  • PO Boxes (for oversized or freight deliveries)
  • International destinations outside the U.S.
