Return and Refunds

At Premier Sport HQ, we want you to feel confident when ordering from us. If something isn’t right, we’ll make your return experience as simple and fair as possible.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused and in original packaging.
  • The product is in new condition.
  • You can provide a proof of purchase.

For the fastest service, please notify us within 7 days of delivery if a return is needed.

2. How to Start a Return

We use a simple three-step process for returns:

Step 1 – Contact Us

Email us at support@premiersporthq.com or call 307-313-1701. Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if there is any damage or defect.

Step 2 – Receive Approval & Instructions

We will review your request and provide return approval details, including any return authorization information (such as an RMA) and whether a return shipping label will be provided (see Section 3).

Step 3 – Pack & Ship

Once approved, please pack the item securely in its original packaging (including all accessories and manuals), follow the instructions provided, and ship your return within 5 days of approval. Unauthorized or unapproved returns may be delayed or declined.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Premier Sport HQ will cover reasonable return shipping costs when:

  • Your order arrives damaged or defective,
  • You receive the incorrect item, or
  • Your shipment is confirmed lost in transit.

For returns due to change of mind or preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Refunds

Refunds are processed after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved based on the eligibility criteria above.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Refund amounts may be reduced if items are not returned in their original condition or are missing parts, packaging, or accessories.

5. Exchanges

We can assist with exchanges when appropriate:

  • For incorrect, damaged, or defective items, we will arrange a replacement where possible and cover associated shipping costs.
  • For preference-based exchanges (such as a different model or configuration), the customer is typically responsible for any additional shipping costs and price differences.

6. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

For safety, customization, and hygiene reasons, certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Personalized or custom-built products.
  • Perishable goods.
  • Personal or sanitary items that have been opened or used.
  • Gift cards and digital goods.
  • Clearance or final-sale items, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order.

In addition, some large or specialty equipment may be subject to a restocking fee when returned for reasons not related to damage, defect, or our error. Any such conditions will be communicated as part of the return review process.

7. Order Issues or Cancellation

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier and work toward a resolution.

If your order has not yet shipped, cancellations are generally eligible for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, our standard return process will apply.
